What is HID?
High Intensity Discharge bulbs, produce light by creating and sustaining an electrical discharge between two electrodes sealed inside a small glass capsule. Resulting in an arc of xenon gas and an efficient and powerful bright white light which gives a greater definition and clarity on the illuminated subject.
